Origins Naturopathic Health & Wellness  provides educational and wellness-focused naturopathic services and does not diagnose medical conditions. We do not complete VA, disability, or legal medical claims, and we do not provide documentation for these purposes.

Additionally, we do not discontinue or alter prescribed medications. Any changes to prescription medications should be made in coordination with your prescribing medical provider. Our role is to support overall health and wellness through integrative and complementary approaches that work alongside your existing care.
